It’s Embroidery Time!

“My sweet old grandma taught everything I know about embroidery. I can still remember her silent and kind tutoring…” *sipping his tea, drying a single  lonely tear*

Embroidery embellishes so much that I couldn’t avoid learning by heart a couple of stitches from the Internet. There are many books and tutorials for downloading. Depending on the shape you need to fill, you must use a specific stitch for a better result.

That famous colouring book “Secret Garden” by Johanna Basford is a rich source of beautiful drawings for embroidery. Amazon offers it!

I chose the peacock, the rabbit and a vase (a small detail from an enormous garden on those two-page pictures…).
